The preparation procedure of soya bean bhaji

  • Water
  • Oil
  • Chilli powder
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Coriander and curry leaves
  • Butter
  • Rock salt and table salt
  • Garam masala
  • Chicken masala
  • Ginger and garlic paste
  • Chaat masala
  • Cashew paste

  1. At first, you have to chop the onion and tomatoes into small pieces which should not be seen when the dish is done. So it has to be cut into very small pieces.
  2. Now you have to blend some of the things like coriander, garam masala, ginger, garlic, chaat masala, a small amount of salt. After the blending is done some amount of tomatoes have to be added to it and again it has to be blended for about 2 minutes.
  3. Now get the mixture out. And leave them as such and let them settle.
  4. The next step that has to be done is taking a pan and you place them on the flame and add oil to the pan. Add the tomatoes and onion to the oil and let them become crispy then add the mixture from the blender. Along with that, you have to add the cashew nut paste. Then you have to add the soya bean to the mixture. Give them a good mix and with the help of the lid close them for some time.
  5. After some time you can find all the mixtures connecting finally you can add the coriander leaves to make the dish look decorative.

Serve them finally with Sause or with chutney and garnish the plate with some corianders which will fulfill the dish named soya bean bhaji.
